Too much noise from the street. The water in the shower was cold! And it didn't become warm enough even in 30 min!

Elevator not working, very small shower, not clean. airconditioner seemed filthy, i was repulsed to turn it on. The mini fridge looked very dirty and had a loud humm throughout the night.

The hotel was beautiful, great location, in the city/town centre and a 2 min walk from the beach. All the staff are so friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean. I missed my flight and booked the same hotel again. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Everything was great

Hotel is very clean, has nice design, it’s quite, very comfortable bed and pillows, has nice pool and finally it was quite cheap as for it’s quality. Amazing value for money!

The lobby looked nice, but after that everything was heinous.

The breakfast was worst of our 6 week trip in Türkiye. It looked and tasted rotten. We had to eat elsewhere. Even vegetables and fries were soggy and sorry. The restaurant area was dirty and had the floor had not been cleaned this season. We did not try the swimming pool, because the restaurant area beside it did not exactly make a point about the cleanliness.The room was smallish, but looked ok. Fridge was yellow in color. Clearly very old. Same for the A/C and all remotes. The balcony had never been cleaned. It was atrocious. Hallways were full of bed lining all the time. The cleaning staff did their best for daily housekeeping, but walls in a bathroom had never been cleaned. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. All corners of the room had dirt. The shower was cold most of the time and once we were out of water for at least an hour.There was also heavy construction going on in another part of the building. The noise was really loud and lasted until 9 pm. They said nothing when complained about it.Look, we spend a lot of nights in tents and go to places many would like to go, but this hotel still managed to make our life miserable. No one should go past the lobby. You have been warned.

We had a very pleasant one week stay at Vois Hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was very helpful. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, beach at a short walking distance. Also good breakfast.

Nothing to complain

We had a good stay for about 9 days. The hotel is very centrally located. The pool area is very cozy and nice to chill and also have food(takeaway). The breakfast is also nice and has lots of fruits , cheeses, bread and a few hot items such as boiled eggs, sucuk and french fries. Overall we had a good experience. The staff reception speaks english and those who don't also make an effort to communicate.

The shower is very small. If you are a big man , you can barely fit by squeezing into the shower.

Great location, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, free tea/coffee during the day. It is better to choose a room with a view on quiet courtyard and mountains.

Air conditioner was constantly blowing and paused itself. Its remote control was not working and it was not possible to change mode and temperature. Wi-Fi was rather slow or didn’t work at all. There was a bit unpleasant smell in the room.

Location was the best in Kemer, all is near.Good service. They always helped and were friendly.Breakfast was better every day than any restaurant in KemerI recommend this hotel)

The air conditioner does not turn off from the button. Turns off only when you leave the room and take the key that gives electricity. The air conditioner runs continuously while you are in the room. I didn’t like it.

Breakfast was lovely, Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel in ideal location close to great attractions and lovely restaurants, very clean and great value for money

In general, it was a nice stay (we are just used to higher standards in 4* hotel). The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and photogenic. The bed is super comfortable and big.The breakfasts were very tasty (just every day absolutely the same).

Our room was not cleaned in our whole 9-nights stay ? We just got the clean towels and our bed done once. We needed to ask the receptionist 2x to get at least the toilet paper. At the end of our stay I was just willing to clean the room myself, if I got the cleaning stuff.The internet connection was sooo poor. It didn't reach the room well (it covered only the bathroom), but what's worse, some afternoons it was not working at all.There was absolutely no space where to hang our towels. We needed to use the wardrobe hanger and hang it on a door handle.

Perfect location, nice rooms, staff were great and breakfast was good as well.

Taxi to the airport a little bit too expensive, 55 EUR. AC was blowing the air directly on me while I was sleeping. Could not control its speed or temperature. The bathroom had a strange smell on the chemicals when I entered the room

I felt like home at Vois hotel, the staff is just like family and very helpful all the time. They helped me book tours through the city and boat trips. The owner is just very sweet and friendly. The location was amazing close to everything still not very crowded Loved this place

The manager, Duygu, was really approachable and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.Really good facilities, pool was lovely.Breakfast was really delicious. Very clean throughout hotel.Comfortable room, with good air conditioning.Location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops, beaches, and marina.Extremely impressed. We will definitely be coming back.
